Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars, are subject to change without notice, and include the GST as of 1/7/04. We are a Tax Registered Business (ABN 52 943 124 126) and will provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. The shopping cart will display the total (inc GST) price. Your order-confirmation e-mail will also show the ex- & inc-GST total, and you will receive a Tax Invoice-compliant invoice from us with your delivery. Should you wish to claim input-tax credits, and your order is over $1,000, you will need to provide us with your ABN.

Delivery

Our website quotes include delivery in Australia by post or courier at our discretion. We will pick the most appropriate freight service to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For orders placed in Brisbane prior to midday, we can usually promise next-business-day delivery for all stocked items. As it is our policy to roast and grind fresh just prior to delivery, up to 3-4 days may be required for very large orders. If you are not present at the address given for delivery, the couriers may have to redeliver at a later time, and may leave a card advising you of this: please give an address where you will be present during business hours.

Privacy and Security

We appreciate the need for privacy and security of information. All personal, order and credit card information are encrypted (128-bit) prior to transmission. You can verify this by noting the "https" prefix and also by the small lock icon that appears in your web browser when connected to those pages. We do not store credit card information in any form. Online validation is encrypted and processed in real time via the Eway secure payment gateway. It is our strict policy not to reveal any of your details to a third party and we will not send you unsolicited junk mail, email or spam. Use of your email address is for order confirmation only and your shipping address solely for the purpose of delivery.

Refunds Policy

If coffee and tea is purchased from us and there is legitimate complaint regarding the quality, we will refund the price of the goods on return of the unused stock. In the case of coffee machinery if a fault is attributable to manufacturing defect, the parts are replaced or repaired. For parts found to have manufacturing defects less than 7 days from invoice date, we will replace them from our stock. Parts returned after this time are sent on your behalf at our cost to the distributor to replace or repair the hardware as they see fit. Warranty does not cover damage to goods caused by customers, or any consequential damage to other parts. We do not send out replacements in advance of receiving the returned goods.

One year Return-to-base parts warranty is provided from the date of invoice for machinery purchases. Shipping to us and back to the customer is to be at the customer's expense, and we recommend sending a pre-paid satchel with any goods returned to us, or they will be sent back to you with freight COD.
